Rapid Quenching Furnaces

Rapid quenching furnace with manipulator fully automatic PLC HMI SCADA plant operated with standard quenching time 35 to 45 sec. System will be installed along with vertical mounted agitator inside tank to the achieve required flow rate and cold high temperature jobs within set time period.

In this process the heated material is suddenly dipped into a cooling medium bath(Water /oil) to obtain certain material properties.

Solution Annealing Furnaces

Continuous Furnaces

Continuous furnaces are classified according to the number of heating zones, the method of moving the heated billets (pusher-type and roller conveyor type), and special structural features.

• The furnaces are heated by gaseous or liquid fuel or electrical using burners or atomizers located mainly on the side walls of the heating and soaking zones; less frequently the burners are attached to the top walls and furnace roof.
• The temperature in continuous furnaces is constant over time and variable over the length of the furnace.
• In the heating and soaking zones the temperature is almost constant; in the holding zone it decreases toward the front of the furnace.
• Continuous furnace plant is complete automatic with PLC, HMI, SCADA system.
